1. Acceptance of Terms
By using this service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. Lack of awareness of these terms does not exempt you from your responsibility to comply with them.
This service assists customers in purchasing tickets for events in Japan. While it is primarily aimed at non-residents, anyone can use our services.
3. Use of the Service
- You must be 18 years or older to use our service.
- All purchases must be paid in advance before we proceed with the ticket acquisition.
- For tickets that are available for direct purchase (not through a lottery), we guarantee availability once payment is made.
- For lottery-based tickets, a non-refundable participation fee must be paid before entering the lottery. If the lottery is won, this fee will be deducted from the final ticket price.
- Once an invoice has been sent to the customer, payment must be completed within 48 hours to guarantee ticket availability. Failure to make the payment within this period may result in the cancellation of the order.
4. Fees and Refund Policy
- Our service fee varies depending on the ticket price.
- All payments are final – no refunds are provided under any circumstances.
- If an event is canceled, the customer must request a refund directly from the ticket issuer or event organizer. We are not responsible for event cancellations as we only act as a purchasing intermediary.
5. Ticket Purchase Process
- Customers will receive purchase confirmation emails and receipts as proof of transaction.
- If the event allows name changes on tickets, we may assist with the process for an additional administrative fee.
6. Ticket Delivery and Collection
- Tickets may be collected from convenience stores in Japan.
- If the customer prefers, we can arrange physical delivery to a hotel or Airbnb for an additional fee.
- Digital tickets will be sent directly to the customer’s ticketing app, depending on availability and feasibility.
- We are not responsible for lost tickets once they have been successfully delivered. We will provide proof of purchase details if the customer needs to follow up with the ticket issuer. However, if the loss is due to an error on our part, we will work with the customer to find a reasonable solution.
7. Liability and Limitations
- We act only as an intermediary, purchasing tickets on behalf of our customers. We are not responsible for the events themselves.
- We are not liable if a customer is denied entry due to non-compliance with event organizer rules (e.g., ID verification, restricted access policies).
- It is the customer’s responsibility to check the event’s entry requirements before purchasing tickets.
8. Data Privacy
- Customer data is only shared with payment platforms (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) for invoicing purposes.
- We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable data protection laws.

- The only exception to data confidentiality is if we are legally required to disclose information by a court order.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Japan.
